He is preceded in death by his parents Roosevelt and Mary Lowe, his wife, Salathiel of 32 years.
He is survived by his son Anthony James Lowe (Anamaria). Grandchildren; Daviana, David, Toni and Alana. Great-grandchildren Anallys, Ariana, Londyn and Amina. Brothers; Grady, L.C., Glen (Sharon), sisters; Marge (Calvin), Helen (Willie), Lula Bell, Juanita, and Dean. Host of beloved nephews and nieces.
