Remember me for loving my people deeply, helping whenever I could, and living life to the fullest. Lori Ann Warren, 62, of Lawrenceville, GA, died in Lawrenceville, GA, of murder on 29 NOV 2025.
Lori Ann was born in Merced, CA, on 24 FEB 1963 to Antoinette Sheri Hadeen (Burcham, Hubbart, Kuhns, Levitt) and Franklin Eugene Hubbart.
Lori Ann spent most of her youth in CA. She graduated from Linden High School, where she played the drums in the band.
After HS, she joined the Pollardville Showboat Theatre group in Stockton, CA. After CA, she moved to TX before she ultimately settled in Philadelphia, PA, where her parents resided.
While living in Philadelphia, she was a leasing agent for Oakwood Corporate Housing before her life’s calling to study nursing at Philadelphia Community College, where she earned her RN.
Lori Ann was passionate about her role as a pulmonary hypertension nurse, which began at Temple University and continued at Emory University Hospital, where she was recruited by her esteemed colleague, Dr. Paul Forfia. Her patient compassion was felt and seen by all who knew her.
Lori Ann's friends are scattered all over the world. From theatre, diving, skiing/snowboarding, and fishing, they were together through it all. Everyone who knew Lori Ann knew how much she loved SCUBA diving. Her annual trip brought her to so many places around the world. However, Bonaire was her home away from home.
Lori was preceded in death by Karen Elizabeth Hubbard (sister) and Dale George Kuhns (step-father), and is survived by:

A Celebration of Lori Ann's life will be held on February 07, 2026, at Gloria Dei Old Swedes Episcopal Church, 916 S Swanson St, Philadelphia, PA 19147, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Her burial at sea will be held in the future off the coast of the Dutch island of Bonaire. Dates and details to follow.
