Dr. Laura Anne Thompson

Dr. Thompson had more than 20 years of educational and professional experience spanning media, community outreach, theatre, music production, and information systems. Throughout her distinguished career, she served with excellence in both corporate and academic environments, leaving a lasting impact on countless individuals and organizations.

Holding a Doctorate in Information Systems, Dr. Thompson was deeply committed to education and mentorship. She guided doctoral students through their dissertation journeys as a dissertation chair and methodologist, and she also faithfully served as a former member of an Institutional Review Board (IRB) Committee. In addition, she dedicated herself to empowering others as a career coach.

Dr. Thompson’s passion for music began from humble beginnings at just 4 years old, when she started playing the piano for her baby sitters. Her lifelong love for music and ministry blossomed into a remarkable legacy that can be viewed through her businesses (Arualcat Productions, Arualcat Photography, and AMC World LLC). In 2025, she celebrated 27 years as a music publisher, producing several albums and authoring books that inspired and touched many lives.
