“It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of [Athlene Andre Knights ], mother daughter, sister, aunty, and friend who departed this life on 12/19/2025 in
Born in Commonwealth of Dominica on 09/01/1977, Athlene grew up surrounded by family including her mother, Thelma, and Atlee Andre and her siblings: sister Rose, Avo, ToneTone & chesso. She Attended the Clifton Government School and then moved to St.Marteen, where she furthered her education before moving to the USA. Athlene was a lover of books, an excellent cross stitcher, she loved Sudoku and Super Mario.
She is survived by her Mother, Thelma Andre; Children- McKayla, Michael, & Malik; Siblings- Roselyn George, Daniel Africa, Tony Andre, Alvin Andre, Joseph Andre, Eddie Andre, Annice Andre, Franklyn Seaman, and Juliana Andre (sister-in-law); and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins too numerous to mention.
She was preceded in death by Father Atlee Andre.
