Withnol Frank Paul, known as Frank, 62, of Stone Mountain, Georgia, passed away peacefully on August 09, 2026, at Emory Decatur Hospital. A celebration of life service will take place at Plummer Funeral Home on August 18, 2026, at 11 a.m.

Born in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies, on October 22, 1962, Frank migrated from Trinidad when he was eleven years old to join his mom, who lived in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Frank graduated from CCAC (Community College of Allegheny City) Allegheny Campus, Pittsburgh, with a degree in Business Administration. He spent over 25 years at the Mellon Bank of Pittsburgh, where he was respected for his dedication to clients and the community.

Frank was an ardent follower of sports, and he loved Gospel music.

Frank is survived by his mother, Julia Woodruff; his children, Jaron Paul and Marcus

Paul, and his four grandchildren: Marcus Jr, Georgia, Elliot, and Maverick.
