Kenneth Leon Fitzpatrick was born on June 18, 1962 to Richard Fitzpatrick and Carolyn (Hogsed) Fitzpatrick.  Kenneth was from Powder Springs, GA and graduated from Wills High School.

Kenneth was lovingly referred to as the "Happy Handicap" because he had a genuine love for people.  He never met a stranger or a person he didn't like.  He was always rolling up and down the roads and even wore out many tires on his wheelchairs.

Outside was where Kenneth loved to be and sunshine was what he loved the most.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Carolyn Fitzpatrick and two sisters, Donna Diane Fitzpatrick and Deborah Miller.  He leaves behind to cherish his memory two brothers, David Fitzpatrick (Michigan) and Dennis Fitzpatrick; two sisters, Karen Barry (Gainesville, GA) and Kathy Gniewek (Michigan); his caretaker, Jasmine Watson; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
