Andrea Antonette Barnett-Carter was called home to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday, April 16, 2021.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 24 years, Audley Carter; sons, Jovanni Carter and Tyler Carter; father, Louis Barnett; sister, brothers, and a host of family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted.  Partial proceeds will be donated to the Loving Arms Cancer Outreach.
